This policy describes how K·INS [legal entity, company ID] ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian law.

What data we collect

• Contact data: name, phone, email — when you submit an enquiry via the site.
• Data needed to prepare an insurance offer: information about a vehicle, property, health status or company activity that you provide voluntarily.
• Technical data: cookies and visit data (see the Cookie Policy).

Why we process it

We process your personal data to: respond to your enquiry; prepare and compare insurance offers; fulfil our legal obligations as an insurance intermediary; and, only with your explicit consent, send you reminders about expiring policies.

Who we share it with

Data required to prepare an offer is provided to the respective insurance companies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time at office@k-ins.bg and lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months, unless you conclude a contract through us — in which case the statutory retention periods for insurance intermediaries apply.
